Science and industrial equipment
The manufacturer guarantees during the warranty period, which begins on the day of transfer of the product or installation (but not longer than 15 months of AWB) that there are no defects in the products associated with materials and work, including the conformity of the products with the technical parameters specified in the instruction manual. If such defects are found during the specified period, the buyer has the right, inter alia, to free repair of products.
Warranty period for products: 12 months from the date of transfer of products.
The warranty period for optical components is 3 months.
The warranty period for work carried out during the repair of products is 3 months.
Warranty (service) maintenance of high-voltage power supplies is carried out on the territory of the manufacturer.
Warranty (service) maintenance of gas lasers is carried out only when using gases and gas mixtures from suppliers recommended by Optosystems.
