On June 23, in Moscow, in the representation office of the Taipei-Moscow Coordinating Commission for Economic and Cultural Cooperation, a ceremony of signing a memorandum on quadrilateral cooperation in the scientific and technical field took place. On the Taiwan side, the agreement was signed by the Research Center for Metallurgy “MIRDC” and the “FairTech” corporation, on the russian side, the participants of the agreement were Physics Instrumentation Center at GPI and Optosystems. The purpose of the agreement is the development of bilateral scientific and technical ties between the two countries, and the development of innovative industrial business between the companies of Taiwan and Russia.
The signing of the agreement was preceded by a visit to the scientific laboratories of the Troitsk Scientific Center and the industrial shops of the Mikron plant. The ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere with a large meeting of specialists and the press. Among the invited was the Photonics magazine.
